EUIPO is pleased to announce the opening of the enrolment period for the new edition of the ETMD EP for practitioners, from 18 to 31 May 2026 (inclusive).
This new edition is structured around two complementary types of activities designed to offer both flexibility and strong support for learner progression.
- ETMD EP for practitioners, for EU trade mark and design legal experts who, among other tasks, advise, assist or represent clients or employers
- ETMD EP for paralegals, for Intellectual Property (IP) support professionals who manage the procedural and operational aspects of EU trade mark and design protection.
